Completion/End Evaluation

It is an evaluation carried out upon programme or project termination in order to take stock of experience gained successes and failures, best and worst practices - and future challenges and constraints. EPMC helps you to

  • Know how well your intervention served its purpose
  • Assess the likelihood that the programme or project will produce and sustain a positive impact and identify any actions that may be necessary to help to ensure the sustainability of the results.
  • Identify lessons from experience that can potentially be applied to a broader range of interventions;
  • Determine which particular groups would benefit most from such lessons;
  • Ascertain the best way to disseminate the lessons to those groups.
