Program/Project Identification and Formulation

EPMC will translate your idea of intervention into a plan for achieving specific and well-defined results that can realistically be achieved with the available resources. To formulate your program and/or project, the following key tasks will be accomplished:

  • Construct baseline data on problems to be addressed;
  • Search for lessons learned from other programmes and projects;
  • Clarify programme or project objectives;
  • Establish a set of indicators and benchmarks for monitoring and evaluating the programme or project results;
  • Agree on how data will be obtained and used;
  • Specify reporting requirements (format, frequency and distribution), including the annual and terminal reports;
  • Establish monitoring and evaluation responsibilities;

    EPMC believes that program and project documents need to emerge from the process of full participation of the relevant stakeholders and ensuring of the full exchange of relevant information.
