Developing and Analysing Performance Indicators
Once the data is collected the next question is to organize the performance indicators
into a model for analysis. EPMC helps you to build an interpretation model grounded on
the theoretical framework and assumptions used to develop the chain of expected results.
The construction of an interpretation model is done in close consultation with the
different levels of management and on the basis of stakeholders' consensus. The data
analysis model will be based on earned value calculations and techniques of comparison.
Earned value analysis compares the amount of work that was planned with what was actually
accomplished to determine if cost and schedule performance is as planned. It analysis
the programmatic information in a way that looks at both cost and schedule information
concurrently.
